El curso de Deborah Falla de los trastornos de la columna cervical, en inglés Evidence Based Therapeutic Exercice for Cervical Spine Disorders, es un referente mundial en el control motor de la columna cervical y se realiza en Barcelona y Madrid
En los últimos años los estudios Deborah Falla ha documentado diversas alteraciones de la musculatura cervical y axio-escapular en personas con dolor con dolor de cuello.
Además, en las personas con dolor de cuello también se puede presentar propiocepción alterada, trastornos oculo-motores y alteraciones del control postural.

Evidence Based Therapeutic Exercise for Cervical Spine Disorders
Colectivamente, este conocimiento ha dirigido los actuales abordajes de rehabilitación incluyendo un programa de ejercicios específicos basado en el análisis cuidadoso y preciso del movimiento y en los tests musculares, tal y como comprobaréis con el curso de Deborah Falla.
Este abordaje de ejercicios terapéuticos específicos para el manejo de los desórdenes cervicales ha demostrado que reduce los síntomas del dolor de cuello y las cefaleas y mejora varios parámetros de la función muscular que se sabe que están alterados en pacientes con dolor de cuello.
Dentro de este taller clínico impartido por Deborah Falla, se presentará este abordaje de ejercicio terapéutico para el manejo de los desórdenes cervicales.
